UFO Progress Report: Week 20
Yesterday, I finished the main part of the "Love Birds" quilt top for my friend's granddaughter's wedding. I'm going to have a friend who has a fancy embroidery machine to embroider the couple's names and wedding date across the center of the quilt in black. Then I'll take it to the quilter. Then I'll scallop the edges of the border and bind it and make an envelope/label for the back. So you see, I'm not

Cocoon measures 20 inches wide by 20 inches long and has a nice stretch quality. Knitted using one strand of a rainbow of colors in a worsted weight acrylic yarn. Colors include dark blue, violet,teal blue, forest green, dusty rose pale gold blended with creamy white fibers. Very soft to swaddle infant. Top can be folded over as a collar to fit newborn.
