I have a sinus infection or something. Eye swollen, pressure and pain in face. So I didn't go to church today. Instead I stayed home and worked on the next work in the circle journal round robin I've been participating in. (Yes, I know I just ended a sentence with a preposition. I do it all the time, and I think it's fine.)

Just when you thought it was safe —- here I am again. I have been off to the South East to help Daughter Number Two move again. I won’t go into why it was necessary but the net result is a much nicer flat and a much nicer area so it’s not all bad. We did have one sleepless night worrying about getting the wardrobe into the bedroom. After all a wardrobe in a dining room is not exactly ‘a la mode ‘ and it seemed inevitable at one point. However we regrouped and did a bit of lateral thinking

After I finished the fan quilt I was all set to start a new one…but then I looked at my pile of unfinished work and thought I should finish at least one before I start yet another.
