Bloggers’ Quilt Festival

Hello and welcome! I hope you're enjoying the Bloggers' Quilt Festival - a wonderful collection of beautiful quilts from all over the world!

I'm sharing my most recent finish for this BQF, Rainbow I Spy. It is a quilt for my 4-year-old daughter since she's outgrown the Hungry Caterpillar quilt I made her a couple of years ago.

I need squares!!!!!

I'm making a scrappy quilt!!!

Let's back up a bit though...I've enjoyed my morning cruising the blogs at the 2012 Bloggers' Quilt Festival.  You can see all the blogs/entrants at Amy's Creative Side blog.  Be sure to check out one of my favourite bloggers, Kristen at Poppyprint for her entry, I think it's fantastic.

Old Friends

Library - 16255Sat1
A Piece of Bibbi

I had a wonderful lunch with an old friend from work yesterday, Carolyn S. We talked and talked and talked, mostly about our health issues. But we also updated each other on anything we knew about other friends we had worked with at Southern Progress. Then we had dessert.

Before lunch, however, I stopped in at the estate sale that my friend Billie's daughter-in-law was having. You might recall that

Thousands of Dolls

Did you know that there are over 13,000 doll patterns on Etsy? Yikes! After browsing through a ton of them, here are my favorites in a treasury.
