New Pattern: Out My Window Quilt!

I'm so excited to introduce my new quilt to you, Out My Window Quilt. Last spring in Kansas City, Ellen Medlock's assistant asked me if I'd ever be interested in working with their fabric. Who could say no to fabric as gorgeous as this?
Here is the result! Made from two blocks with all rotary cut pieces (no templates), this quilt goes together quickly. The instructions are

New Pattern: Little Flags


This new quilt looks like little flags fluttering in every direction. A light and airy modern quilt with a traditional saw tooth motif. I love how Maika Christensen machine quilted this for me!

Pattern for the rings quilt

After finishing this last re-do of the old partially finished quilt top I think I might make another from start to finish.   I drew up a pattern for the one I just finished which is 20 rings and will finish at about 75″ x 90″

Design Wall Update: Sea Breeze


Here's my newest project, a light and airy design with pieced-by-eye saw tooth frames, and hand-applique squares in the middle of each block. I think the triangles look like little flags fluttering in the wind, hence the name "Sea Breeze."
